I went for the first time yesterday, and honestly, I was surprised at how good the service was. I never thought a scalp massage could feel so refreshing. It was actually more satisfying than a full-body massage. It felt clean, light, and super relieving. I didn’t expect that.
The massage style here is different, more like deep tissue massage, and you can really tell the staff are professionals. I got my massage from Sora, who I found out is the manager. She did an amazing job, and I highly recommend her.
The atmosphere inside the spa was great too, beautiful interior, high quality service, and the massage helped ease my headache and neck/shoulder tension. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience made me want to write one.
Oh and just for context, I’m a guy. I chose this location mainly because it’s close to home, but I’d love to check out the new Plano location next time if I get the chance.

What is your cancellation policy?
At Aoki Head Spa, we understand that life can be busy and unexpected things happen. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled treatment.

At Aoki Head Spa, we understand that life can be busy and unexpected things happen. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled treatment
If you cancel within the 24-hour period or do not arrive for your scheduled service, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. If the price of your scheduled service is less than 50% of the service price, you will only be charged the remainder of the full service price.
Because we are reserving the room and service provider time, if you do not arrive at your appointment and have not cancelled your service within the 24-hour cancellation period, we will need to charge the full service price to the payment method on file to ensure our employees are properly compensated for their time.
What is the Group Cancellation Policy?
For groups of 3 or more guests, we require a notice of
one week for cancellation of treatments.
